We live in a day when so many in Christendom have no idea what it means to fear the Lord. It is something that is missing in so many Christian gatherings and in the personal lives of Christians today. We all want to have a deeper and more intimate relationship with the Lord, how does fearing the Lord accomplish that in our lives? As we look deeper into the subject of fearing the Lord we hope you gain a more complete understanding of who God is and what exactly is meant by fearing Him!
“Then those who feared the LORD spoke to one another,
And the LORD listened and heard them;
So a book of remembrance was written before Him
For those who fear the LORD
And who meditate on His name.
“They shall be Mine,” says the LORD of hosts,
“On the day that I make them My jewels.
And I will spare them As a man spares his own son who serves him.”
Then you shall again discern Between the righteous and the wicked,
Between one who serves God And one who does not serve Him”
