Author Leslie M. Grant, in describing the book of Acts writes:
The Gospels present the blessed person of the Lord Jesus Christ, His great work of redemption and His resurrection and ascension to glory as the solid foundation upon which Christianity is built. The Acts is a continuation of the work of the Lord Jesus, but in His servants, by the power of the Holy Spirit sent from heaven.
The reader who digs into this little commentary will have a greater appreciation and understanding for the continuing work of God in the world today. What was started in Acts has been committed to our hands, may we heed its instruction.
